Shipping policy

1. FREE SHIPPING: NIEYOOK STORE offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

2. ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We currently ship only to addresses within the 50 United States.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES: Orders are shipped via standard ground service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier service levels.

5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our facility.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY: You are responsible for providing the correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. NIEYOOK STORE is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package redirection.
