1. RETURN WINDOW: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.
2. CONDITION OF ITEMS: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
3. RETURN PROCESS: To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at service@nieyookstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
4. REFUND PROCESSING: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
5. REFUND TIMELINE: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 3 days of return approval. The exact posting time to your account may depend on your card issuer's or payment processor's policies.
6. SHIPPING COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, sale merchandise, personalized/customized products, intimate apparel, and any item not in its original condition.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@nieyookstore.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
